Weight: for 2 jars of 650 ml

4 fl. tea pears, cleaned, in small cubes
2 fl. of tea red apples, peeled, in small cubes
180 ml of water
60 ml lemon juice
50 gr. pectin
4 fl. tea sugar white
1/2 fl. tea brown sugar
1 tsp. sweet ginger, powdered
1/2 tsp. sweet nutmeg, grated
1/2 tsp. sweet cinnamon, grated

Procedure
To make the apple-pear jam, start by mixing the pear, apple, water and
lemon juice in a large pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
(from the moment it starts boiling).
Add the pectin and increase the heat. Add the white sugar and boil over
high heat until it dissolves, for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the brown sugar and spices.
Mix well and fill the jars leaving 1.5 cm from the lid. Screw on the lids and
immerse the jars in a pot of boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes and remove.
We keep the jars with the apple-pear jam in the refrigerator for at least 2
months.
